When receiving an error while working in LIMS there are some steps to follow to narrow down where the problem is :

  • The first step you must take is to restart the device you are using.
  • After you completely boot down the machine, turn it back on and try again,
  • if you receive the same error move on to the next step.
  • Open LIMS on another browser and see if you receive the same error.
  • Trying another browser will help us see if the problem is with your current browser or if it is an account issue.
  • The next step would be to make a note of the specific error you are seeing and submit a ticket with us for further troubleshooting.
