If you are having issues while accessing your LIMS account please follow the next step:


If you usually access your account using your google account:

  • please verify that you are logged into your IGX google account.
  • Sign out and sign back in to make sure that you are using the correct credentials.


If you enter using a username and password:

  • please double check the credentials and make sure the caps lock is not turned on.
  • If you are still unable to log into your LIMS account, try using another browser, such as Firefox or Microsoft edge.
  • If you can log in using another browser, you must clear the cache and cookies on Chrome and after doing so, you should be able to log back in using that browser.
